Each project is unique. Therefore, we don’t have one
set price--we tailor our services to our
client’s/agent’s budget and desires. The following
schedule represents the “average staging cost” for
an “average home” and should be used as a guideline
only. Please keep in mind:
 | Our initial visit to the home
seller is free and consists of an overview on home
staging and its benefits followed by a summary of
what we can offer the client.

| If the home seller would like
to do most of the work themselves, we will tour
the home and provide a detailed analysis of what
should be done to the house, inside and out, to
best prepare it for sale. This fee structure is
outlined in Column 2 below.

| We have found that it is much
more effective and efficient for the home seller
to utilize our room editing services. We bring a
fresh eye and an experienced knack for
neutralizing that most home sellers can’t match in
their own home. The fee outlined in Column 3 below
represents the average cost to room edit an entire
house of the size specified.

| Many clients chose to “rent”
lamps, plants, furniture and/or accessories from
us while the house is on the market. The amounts
listed in Columns 4 and 5 represent the average
cost per month for supplemental and complete room
(respectively) inventory rental. Again, the cost
depends on what, and how much, the client needs.
We can furnish the whole home, partial rooms, or
supplement existing furnishings as necessary.
In most cases, it is not necessary to furnish the
entire house.

| We pride ourselves on our
resourcefulness and flexibility. We are experts at
utilizing our client’s belongings as much as
possible and presenting them in new and unique
ways. Client/Agent satisfaction is critical to us
as is building long term, mutually beneficial
relationships. We’re here to serve—and we try to
have fun in the process! |

We also
accept online credit card payments (3% processing
fee added) and can make arrangements to be paid
through escrow for our partner agents. |
